Gentle hills provide great bike riding

As promised, I've published a fuller report on my recent five-day tour with the Florida Discovery Bicycle Center. A sample:
We didn't really make this trip for the food, but the exercise doubled the pleasure found on our plates. We enjoyed our carbs without guilt, knowing we could burn them off before another sunset across the St. John's River.
Here are Lee Berger, of Tallahassee, and Mighk Wilson, president of the Florida Bicycle Association, around the tabletop griddle at DeLeon Springs State Park. The full report is in the Miami Herald's Travel section.
