Setback for lawsuit on A1A bike lanes

Florida's chief highway engineer, serving as hearing officer in a lawsuit demanding more bike lanes along State Route A1A, has declared that the Department of Transportation acted properly in refusing to build lanes in several towns where they don't already exist. You can read more about it in the Palm Beach Post, and here's the Sun-Sentinel version.
