Standing up for bicycle parking in Kansas City

Out in Missouri, there's a broad revision of the building code for Kansas City going on. At first glance it appears to be as comprehensive as the Miami 21 proposal here in South Florida. As part of that process, the Kansas City Plan Commission just recommended requiring that new condos and apartment buildings provide indoor bike storage for a certain number of their residents. There's more about it at Kansas Cycling News and at KCBike.Info.
