Bicyclists in danger on bridge over I-95

Here's a bridge that cyclists would be well-advised to walk across, instead of riding. The waist-high railing this newspaper reader mentions reminds me of the one on the high bridge to Key Biscayne, where a rider and his bike went over the side into the water a few years ago. He made it out OK, but that was just luck. New side rails are planned. The I-95 case is in the Sun-Sentinel.
