Leaving the bike saddle for a seat of power
Nobel laureate Steven Chu is a longtime bicycle commuter totally persuaded of the motto: Bike to work, live longer. As the new U.S. energy secretary, though, he's now in the awkward position of being ferried to work in a government SUV -- in the name of protecting his health.
