Cyclists need to ask

With city commission elections close upon us in North Miami (June 2) and South Miami (June 9), I've been thinking about questions that bicyclists need to ask anyone running for local office in their town or city. 1. If you were elected, what would you do to facilitate bicycle and pedestrian movement in [your city]?
2. Do you see the bicycle as primarily a toy, a recreational vehicle or a means of transportation?
