Man gets 4 months for shooting at cyclist

You heard about this little outrage up in Asheville, N.C.? Fireman chastizes a man for bicycling with a kid behind his seat, the two men argue, the fireman fires a shot that punctures the cyclist's helmet. The shooter, by now an ex-fireman, pleads guilty to a reduced charge -- and the judge passes sentence of four months in jail plus an anger-management course. Read the details, and confront your own anger, at the Asheville Citizen-Times.

i couldn't quite believe this.
apparently his witnesses gave his character quite a load of credibility

i think this sentence is quite a load, unbelievable. the man fired at an unarmed person, who was with their young child.
